Kuchisake-onna (口裂け女), or the ‘slit mouth woman’.
Normally she’d cut the fluffy in half for calling her a monster after the face reveal, but this is more entertaining.

I vote for a kappa. They’re known for coveting a human’s shirikodama, which is a mystical ball said to house the soul, which is located in the tanden (approximately 2 inches behind and just below the navel).
The easiest route of access is via the anus - so there’s basically stories of kappa fisting people to death in order to obtain the shirikodama.

Any direct Yes/No answer to her questions do. You can evade her questions by:
- Being very Japanese (the wiki notes that one tactic is apologising and saying that you are in a hurry and/or are late, will get her to apologise and back off)
- Confusing her by asking your own questions or giving an unexpected answer and running while she’s confused (one example is ‘You’re about average’ to either question).
- Apparently she has some old school vampiric compulsions and throwing money or hard candy will distract her long enough for you to run while she counts them.
