There were a few works on the booru that involved fluffy on fluffy matches, though they were more cage/pit matches than gladiatorial.

If you want a fluffy fighter, it can’t be a standard fluffy because aggression doesn’t come naturally, it would just cry and beg for their opponent to stop giving it owwies. You have to either train/break its mentality to be aggressive, or get lucky with a wild one.
