Pillowed so it won’t escape with the drugs. Think about it. It just makes sense to pillow it. If you don’t it might wander off and poop out the drugs somewhere where it shouldn’t

To be fair the whole point of the condoms is for no drugs to enter the fluffies system. But pillowed fluffs are the perfect way to smuggle drugs.
