Hmm - I’m always struck by foals protecting each other. If two fold isn’t too much, maybe a SBS foal peeping frantically while his brother pushes him to a litter box to help him like good poopies. Color wise, anything in the blue family.

Here’s an idea: a Neon Blue foal that is a loner, and doesn’t like the company of others, being forced to essentially drown in a sea of other foals? like filling a small compartment or room with foals and just dropping the loner foal in.

A white ish foal with dark ish leaf green main and tail, with dark black pupils but with a sparkle of shiny yellow, a little chubby and fluffy, snorting the biggest line of cocaine he has ever seen, on a table top. He snorts lines by shoving his head sideways forwards on the table, while standing on all fours with one leg bent so that he can position his head better for the snorting. He also looks a tiny bit smug whenever snorting snow.
He also has a brother with a kinda similar color scheme, though he is more towards the color of a marihuana leaf, and main more yellow, who is currently stuck in a bong in the background, though not bothered by it do to being high Super jolly in spirit in a mildly confused manner
I don’t know if this counts but here:
A batch of foals where the majority have good colored fur and there’s one brown foal and maybe an alicorn foal, whatever color of your choice that’s cast aside by the others; next panel is them with their mane and tail grown in and the good colored foals have crappy colored manes and tails whereas the brown foal and the alicorn has a beautiful colored mane and tail
A big smarty who claims to be the smartiest smarty ever only to be reduced in a chirpy peeping mess who constantly needs mummah’s milk and sucks his hoofsies and wears like a diaper, scared of the slightest touch and has limited vocabularly after going through a psychological treatment.
Has the usual smarty color of red with yellow mane and tail, horn of course.
