Its almost like a turn base tactical rpg scene.
Someone with coding skills should definitely do one. You’d have your classes: Smarty, Toughie, Mare and Alicorn.
Smarty could be the attack class, a Unicorn
Toughie would be the tank class, an Earthie
Mare would be the support class, a Pegasus using foals to make multiple, low pow attacks, have healing abities with milkies
Alicorn could be the sneaky/cunning class, setting traps and nonsuch.
I’d love it.

fluffies are not very good at organizing at such a level. something tied to base building and decision making like frostpunk suit them better in my opinion
