The Void Collector or Void Matron, noone knows where or how she appeared rumored is some cult wanna be idiot try to summon something from “The Void” , the City’s forbidden founding ground aka Dead Zone. And summon something and in panic left the ritual incomplete.
Now the being roams the Dead Zone muttering “Parts..I need parts for my masterpiece…parts! Parts! Have parts you don’t want? Let me have it!”
The area now heavily guarded and under surveillance and put some runes and charms.
Sadly if not dumb moron kids, its feral fluffies looking for a new home for their never ending herds..and many goes in..few or none return.

Until you choose to reveal it i will assume that the Void Matron uses the parts it harvests to create twisted flesh constructs similar to the ones created by the Sarcic cults from the SCP foundation universe.
A big lump of flesh that seems to eternally flow and shift into different fluffy body parts with the heads begging for death that will never come.
