Now… On to the difference of the color of the law and letter of the law… If he turns 18 and she’s 17… He could technically be arrested… That’s why the letter of the law sux… And the color of the law says “ok, he’s 18… Who cares… Next!!!”
And oddly enough… An 18 year old can technically adopt a 17 year old…
The law is so f*cked up…
