He does seem unusually advanced, enough so even to have both considered and rejected the usual means of addressing quandaries ie arbitrarily emptying his bowel.
Its not even that, those foal dont have enough weight and energy to open up the plastic clamps.

I always thought it originated from “looking pretty” because the creatures are programmed with that in mind and because bright colors get kids’ attention.
But yeah sometimes it overlaps with racism. Sometimes it is funny for analogous reasons, sometimes funny for fluffy logic reasons, but sometimes it’s completely irrelevant with no good reason to even mention it.

If those are just siver plastic, she could just kick them off, plastic ones SUCK and I say this as an angry consumer that ended up with stale potato chips from those. But if they are metal, even a human kid would have trouble unclipping those things.
PS Never put the metal ones on your finger. Not that anyone would, of course, that would be silly. But also painful. I hear.

If the yellow foal tried hard enough, it might be able to somehow dislodge the pincher in a desperate bid to feed. Knowing the luck of a fluffy, it would most likely shut right on it’s maw and now the mare is screaming over her nipples and her baby’s crushed jaw.

That doesn’t happen often
I vaguely remember some comic where a new neighbor moved in, so the local abuser started torturing and killing brown fluffies in their yard. There may have been a robe or burning cross involved, but I think I remember that one being funny.
I’d say in universe the only reason to care would be fluffies wanting to be pretty and “best”, or human breeders (although the genetics work differently per author).
In this picture it would be weird for us as an audience to care about the colors since none of the babies care about the color of the mom and the abuser owner doesn’t seem to care.

yea, sometimes I click on a post, start typing a comment, then read the other replies and think “hmm… I don’t want to be associated with this…” and quickly back out.
This is why I don’t read the holocaust-esque stories, I’m worried it’ll be the same thing >.< let’s stick to horrifically abusing the ponies themselves, not using them as a substitute for real groups of people lmao
