I would have it examined by the vet first and see what they have to say.
If the little bastard can be helped I ,would either adopt it or drop it off at a no kill shelter.
If its terminal however, euthanasia is the best way.

malnutrition, parasites, this disease plaguing it and it being so young. If I had a gun, I’d tell it to close its eyes and sing along to the “wake up mammah and stop sickies” song. Then I’d shoot it once its attention is taken.

Depends on my mood I might just leave him to die in agonizing pain, kill it my self as a courtesy, or just take it home and watch it die in comfort
