They should be fine, though very dirty once it dries. Wet cement for sidewalks is shallow and dries over the course of the entire day, without actually becoming hard without several days in the sun.
There’s a reason it stays wet when kept in motion and in the dark of a mixer.

Although it’s still not exactly great if they lick themselves clean from that like some do when they make bad poopies. Though I guess they can spit it out, since they don’t have to worry about messing up a saferoom.
