AI is so advanced these days that most of the time you don’t know you’re even talking to a bot. The best way to identify one that I’ve seen is when people respond to everything with semi-generic phrases that express disagreement but don’t actually address the post being replied to. It’s an engagement-farming trick, since people are more likely to reply to disagreement than to agreement.
If you know what to look for, it’s very easy to spot an AI—they have a certain je ne se quoi about their writing.
The number of times I’ve spotted an AI‑written blog post or article out in the wild…It’s getting concerningly more frequent.
