I think this could work for a lot of bad and/or odd fluffies are often depicted as having. Either the programming itself is wrong somehow or the programing is functioning correctly but is interacting with the body or experiences of the fluffy wrong and that is what is causing problems.

I, personally, love the idea. Why? Because fluffies aren’t naturally aggressive. Sure, you have the ocassional bout of having to hold a fluffy down to make sorry enfies or sorry hoofsies, but fluffies never fight—not even in the wild.
Barky friends would be raised fighting nearly every day of thier lives, and this would lead to them being, by fluffy standards, absolutly fucking jacked.
They would be perfect for breaking smarties. :3
