Useful to get them off spaghetti. With no programming mandate, the addiction is real and not merely instinctual.

Oh, for sure if you gave them enough at once. No impulse control.
Then again, its extremely bitter so maybe not.

I was thinking more longterm. Addiction as a means of control, developmental changes.

I can’t seem to find it. But @Turboencabulator has a story about controlling the feral population with nicotine and glitter laced fluffy crap. It’s kinda genius.
