Fluffy facts: orphan feral foals. (by: artist-kun)

I think dinerrrr was a deliberate decision

I don’t have a problem with fluffies speaking broken english, but I literally couldn’t understand anything the narrator was saying in this comic. I don’t mind Artist-kun’s poor english most of the time, but there are certainly moments when I wish he understood the language better.

That’s understandable. I just find the broken English… charming? I don’t know, but I like it. If EVERY fluffy comic were like this, it would drive me up the wall, but the fact that it’s only old Russian artists, I think it adds a je ne sais quoi

I dont think so. I think it gives it charm and his broken English works for fluffy speak cause they dont speak perfect English either so I think it goes hand and hand

As a fighting game player since the 90’s, I’ll agree that badly translated things are a pleasure. Its more entertaining than the badly dubbed martial arts movie of yore. And I’ll take badly translated over not translated any day.

@Thk The neighborhood I grew up in provided us with almost all the cats we’ve ever owned. Oddly enough, where I live now? No cats. Its a little weird.

@Mr_Owl How old is this one? I love the art style.

Same, but for me it was RPGs on the SNES and PS1. The localizations weren’t always great, so it could lead to confusion and plotholes. But weirdly enough, I like that lack of polish and incomplete feeling. I LOVE Chrono Cross and I think it would’ve lost a lot of what made it so great if it had a 100% faithful translation.

Well I know they have done alot more I’m just not knowledgable in them as a drinker and a gun owner and enthusiast.:+1: liquor and firearms are more my areas if I don’t know anything about a firearm I look it up, grab a book or talk with a person who does and learn more I’m always looking to learn about firearms it’s what I love to learn and the kalashnikov is a very beautiful thing of machinery even tho it’s very simply constructed and is chambered in a very decent 7.62 that has a max range of I believe 4-500 yrds if I’m not mistaken and the 556-223 max effect range is I believe 2-300 somewhere around there I have to look it up again.

Yea I’m no encyclopedia about them but I do know enough about them to understand what people are talking about when I go into gun conversations and if its something I dont know I usually ask and they are more than happy to go into detail on what it is they are talking about either it being barrel twist ratio, the type of round they use. The grain of the round. What kind of firing system. It’s all very interesting to me
