Happy Halloween Fluffies (AMDk7)

Just not for the fluffies

Originally I didn’t want to draw this
@Carniviousduck did something similar recently, and I didn’t want to seem i was ripping them off.
They told me to do it anyway
So here we are
Disemboweled screaming jack o lantern pillow fluffs
Most are still alive

So who wants to put the candles in ?

That is a kitsune fluffy in the back no its not Rambo.

The fact I could see this as an edgy YouTube (or whatever equivalent) viral hit (though “quickly” taken down) makes the scene more real.

uhm, thanks.

Originally I just wanted one of these but I was listening to Nick Cave again.
And usually when that happens my mind goes strange places.

I love the idea and with fluffies, you have way more colors!

And accompanying spooky sounds
They wont last long but they don’t have too.

This is not the first time I’ve seen this concept, so it’s pretty much tradition. Don’t worry about ripping off Carnivious.

Fluffies being gutted is always so funny.

Squeeze their guts out.

Cut their guts out.

Drop them to see their guts spill out.

Tear their guts out.

So much variety.

He told me more or less the same, so here we are.
Up to our elbows in fluffy guts.

But the fluffy jack o lanterns arent quite done yet.
You need to pull their guts out and place a candle in the cavity.
This wil light the lantern and lightly toast the internal organs.

Smells like liver

Move the candle a bit to the other side.

The song in question that made my mind move to strange place was this btw.

I rather like the haunting plaintive violin strings.

I seriously love how you draw guts. It looks really organic

I have been a horror fan for as long as i can remember.
So watching horror movies and reading horror comics helps a lot when you want to draw gore.
I suck at atmosphere though, i want heavy blacks and moody shadows but dont get them.

Edit : like this moody art by The Racks by Chikahiro
or the WW1 art i posted in that comment thread
Thats the kind of darkness i want.
I have to settle for stark contrasts.

I see what you mean. Digital art will help you with the colours a lot. Much cheaper than buying good quality pencils, markers or pens and much easier. I still think it’s really good even with no colour. I can’t wait to see what you’ll do with the right tools

I got so so markers currently.
I dont color enough to justify buying copics or lesser markers.
But i got around 144 markers.

Here is hoping manga studio 4 wil be all that i want it to be.
