Let’s go full detective mode and deduce what happened here.
She started out as a breeder,pooped out a brood of high quality Alicorns with awesome colours and patterns. She killed one of them but was stopped and milkbagged before she had a chance to finish them off. And now, legless and miserable she has to see her “monster babies” feed on her milk and there’s nothing she can do about it.
