I actually explored that idea in far greater detail in my Sam Adams Guide.. Its one of the features of my work/headcanons. and its based on the fact that designs of fluffy ponies are higly varied from artist to artist and even writers. I recommend checking out the guide, as I only briefly touched upon the idea in stories outside of the Guide.
