If you don’t like them, that’s fine, but that doesn’t mean I’ll stop using them or that I need to.
Last I checked, using additional box labels isn’t against the rules, and I’m not petitioning for Bittersweetbox to be added as an official tag or category.

The real question is: does the box get its name from the perspective of the reader, or the subject? Reader perspective, I’d argue that bleakbox is its own thing, since it’s meant to induce helplessness at best. Subject perspective, accelerated sadbox works, since its aim is to sadden the reader.

It feels a bit like you’re projecting - either your insecurity or your past negative experiences. We all state our opinions like they’re facts. Nobody bothers with a shaky “um, well, it’s just my opinion, uhh, but you know, I think that, but of course feel free to disagree, but…”
It’s whether we allow our opinions to be contended or not, that shows what they truly are.

I’m not insecure about myself, but I have had negative experiences as I said.
I do jump the gun a lot if it seems like someone is talking down to me or accusing me of something I didn’t do (which I didn’t think Za did, but it’s happened before so I thought to mention it), even if they’re actually not.
I present here, what IMO is the penultimate Bleakbox that I know of.
I find it beyond Sadbox specifically because it could so easily have been a real animal and not just something that haooens to fluffies.
