The Alicorn Sanctuary 2 [ Originally by Milky, Story continued by Biorb_McBiorb]

Edith woke up for the day, feeling as if she had been sleeping for quite a few months.

Edith began her morning routine, getting cleaned up and ready for another busy day. Edith’s sanctuary had well over 100 Alicorns, despite having staff on hand, Edith enjoyed the hands on work, at least the more cleaner sides of the work.

Edith stepped out of her home and made her way over to the main compound. Edith’s home was across the lot from the actual sanctuary. While normally disliking the walk, she always told herself she needed the exercise, which was in fact, not true.

After the short walk Edith walked into her ‘home away from home’.

T.A.S was a true Eden for Alicorns. Edith spared nothing when making this sanctuary, and it showed. AS Edith made her way to her personal office, she was greeted by a short gentleman wearing a white Lab-coat. A name tag on said coat read: Dr. Raul Ermanno, D.V.M.

“Miss Anderson, I wanted to be the first to let you know… It’s about the new addition we added to the ranks yesterday… The Fuzzy eh… Purple one?” Dr. Raul was a fully certified D.V.M, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, and was one of the higher ups in the Sanctuary’s staff, supervising 10 or so other Fluffy-Trained Vets under him.

“And? I thought the results we got back yesterday were normal?” Edith said, sitting down with the blood-work papers. “Well, initially yes, he was fine, but after some closer observation we found he is actually neutered.”

“Neutered? But he’s a feral? Why would a feral be neutered? It still had all it’s bits down their right?” Edith asked, looking up from the report. “Yes, in fact he was quite-… Eh, never mind, But he is in fact Neutered, so, this either means…” Dr. Raul continued.

“He’s either a stolen foal, or from one of those freaky Foal in a Can machines… Shit… That’ll put a damper on him mating one day.” Edith finished. Dr. Raul apologized for the lacking check up and left.

“sigh… Oh shit, what time is it?” Edit said, looking down at the computer’s small clock.

‘10:45 am’

Edith got up from her desk and made her way to the personal sleeping quarters, humming a tune happily. Entering the the room she was greeted by two happy Fluffies, Starbomb hopping over to Edith. “Miss Mummah! Auwowa hab babbeh-feewin!” He said proudly, wagging his tail happily. Starbomb was ecstatic to be a father it seemed, but Aurora was… Slightly indifferent. “Mummah Ediff… Wha if Auwowa nu hab Wingie-Pointy Babbehs…” Aurora said, stroking her stomach.

Edith looked over to the conflicted mare and smiled. “Well if that happens, they can be trained as helpers, able to raise any of the tolerant foals we pick up, then we send those trained foals away to mills, or stores, and your kids get to stay and keep training!” as Edith explained, Aurora seemed to beam a bit more, her smile returning to her face and her excitement of being a mother was slowly restored.

Edith played with the two for a few moments before looking at her watch and making her way out of the Safe-Room. As Edith left, Starbomb nuzzled Aurora and made his way over to his workplace.

Petunia followed far behind the herd with her family. Being a Runt was one thing, but being a Munsta… That made it even worse…

Petunia’s father, Archie, was the bravest nummie-finder. He always came back with nummies… always! Even the Smarty considered him a good Fluffy, even though he was a Poopie-Munsta.

Most of the herd didn’t like Daddeh Archie, but that was fine, because he never messed up on nummie tracking. Even some of the better looking mares liked Archie for his resilience and dedication to the herd.

But all were jealous when Mummah nabbed up Daddeh.

Mummah was the prettiest Fluffy Petunia had ever seen! Even prettier than Smarty’s Special-Friend! Mummah’s name is Sweat-Pea, and like any good mother, she loves Petunia and all her siblings! Although… She does happen to love bestes’ more…

Mummah and Bestes Match in Fluff-color. Grey. But they have different colored manes and tails! Bestes’ has a pretty white mane and tail, while Mummah Sweat-Pea has a pretty Red mane and tail.

Petunia was closely guarded by her two brothers, Rock and Stone, Stone a Dark Grey, and Rock a Light Brown, both with Daddeh Archie’s pretty Green Mane and Tail. Rock was a Earthie, and Stone was a Pegasus, while Bestes’ and Mummah were both Unicorns.

Petunia was not only the only runt, but the only Alicorn in the entire herd.

Runt’s were left to pass away peacefully in the wild… More or less starving to death, expected to be eaten by the predatory wildlife that lived all around the herd.

Petunia was saved this fate because, like her mother said, she was special. Special enough to find nummies when she was a chirpy babbeh, special enough that she had such pretty colors for a Munsta.

Petunia had a pretty Purple coat, and, like her mom, had a Red Mane sort of crossing over to the Maroon side of coloring. Petunia had a yellow horn atop her head, and two little wings that matched her mane color.

While any normal, or, sane human being would see this alicorn as a good breeding mare or even a higher end pet, she was still a runt. Compared to her tall brothers, who were around 4 inches tall, Petunia was a sad 3 and a half inches, even with enough milk she was still destined to be small…

But Petunia didn’t mind. She was just thankful to have a loving family, and a herd who cared enough about them to actually let them stay.

“AWCHIE! UP FWONT!” cried the Herd’s smarty. Archie, quick on his feet rushed over to meet their glorious leader.

“Awchie, ‘ou am gud nummie-findah… Pwobabwy da bestes’ in da hewd.” The Smarty complimented, something unheard of for a Poopie-Munsta. “Su, as wewawd, 'ou, an 'ouw famiwy ged fiwst sketti.” Archie could hardly contain his glee at the idea of getting sketti.

The Smarty pointed over to a large sign. A large picture of Sketti was plastered all over it…

And sitting underneath that sign was a button…

Archie ran back to this family, happy to share his hard earned prize with them. “Speshuw-Fwend! Smawty say Awchie an’ Sweat-Pea, an’ Babbehs ged Sketti! Fowwow Awchie!” The Alicorn cheered.

Sweat-Pea gathered up her foals, Petunia included, and placed them all on her back. “Wets gu babbehs! Smawty wet Famiwy ged bestes’ nummies fow bein’ su gud!” Sweat-Pea announced to the foals, all of which were ecstatic. Rock and stone shared the best hugs they could with Petunia and Bestes, even Bestes, who normally was a grouch when it came to hugs, was gleefully hugging her siblings.

“WUB! Wub-wub-wub Mummah an’ Daddeh! Wub sissy, an wub bwudas!” Petunia announced, to which her siblings hugged her tightly in response.

While the family made their way off to the sign, the Smarty and Herd silently trotted off without them. The Smarty giggling at the idea of getting rid of those dummeh Munsta lovers…

As the herd left quickly enough, a few foals were left behind, some deliberately… They began to either chirp sadly, or beg for their mothers and fathers to return and pick them up…

Opting for the closer option, three young Colts and two Fillies waddled quickly to the near by family…

They would wish they hadn’t, soon enough…

Archie waited happily by the Button for his special fried to arrive, quickly noticing the foals all waddling behind her, peeping and sobbing quietly. Making he was from the button, quickly nuzzling Sweat-Pea as he passed, and made his way to pick up the foals.

Two blue Earthie Chirpy-Babbehs, one Pale-Red Unicorn Colt with a small Yellow mane and tail, one Dark-Green Pegasus Filly with a small Pink mane and tail, and slightly larger monochrome Dark-Blue Earthie. Not larger as in fat, larger as in lean.

With the lost foals following close behind or resting on Archie’s back, he, Sweat-Pea, Rock and Stone, Bestes, and Petunia, happily moved closer and closer to the Button.

Finally there, Archie and Sweat-Pea happily pressed the button together, a small cheerful ‘Ding!’ coming out and causing a bit of surprise to the foals, as well as Archie and Sweat-Pea.

After a few Moments, and a comment from Sweat-Pea about how it was starting to get a bit dark, Archie pressed the button again.

‘Ding!’

The foals began to giggle a the noise. After another moment, the Gate-Door behind the sign opened up and out came Edith, a soft smile on her face as she looked down at the Fluffies.

“Hewwo nice wady! Name am Awchie. Du 'ou hab da sketti Smawty said Famiwy get?” Archie asked cheerfully. Edith looked around to see if their were any stragglers… After a few moments of silence, she wordlessly stepped aside from the door to let the Fluffies in. The Large Dark Blue colt couldn’t be more excited as he happily tried to trudge off.

Edith led the fluffies to a nearby Glass-Door, one that gave a clear view of the Alicorns who were beginning to bed down for the night. The Fluffies all looked over to see all the happy Fluffies prance around before going to lush nest. “Su many Munsta-Fwends!” Archie said happily, his children and Special-friend all happily cheering.

Edith looked down confusedly at Archie. “Munsta-Friends? You mean Alicorns… Right?” Archie looked up at Edith, also now confused. “Wah am A-Awi-cown nice wady?”.

Edith got down low and closer to Archie, and booped him on the nose.

“Why you silly! You’re no Munsta… Your a Alicorn!” Edith explained.

Petunia’s eyes began to widen at the idea laid before her…

“N-nu am Munsta?” Petunia asked, almost echoing Archie’s confusion.

“Nope… You’re Alicorns… And this place is here to help take care of Alicorns!” Edith informed the small Filly. Two men came walking down the hallway dressed in White Hazmat suits, a small padded carrier held by each man.

“Now these two nice men are going to get you cleaned up and then you get your Sketti!” Edith announced. After that, the Fluffies were sold, happily getting picked up and placed gently into carriers.

Strangely, Petunia and Archie were separated into one carrier, while the others were separated into the other. And it wasn’t found out until the two men went separate ways that Archie and Sweat-Pea noticed, now too far away to call out for each other…

Petunia looked back at her siblings and mother, too confused at why her Daddeh was yelling for her, and too confused as to why her Mummah was yelling back…

So Petunia sadly waved to Sweat-Pea. “W-wub 'ou Mummah!” Petunia said loudly. Well, loudly for a runt that is.

Little did Petunia know, that moment, that final wave, that 'Wu ‘ou Mummah’ was the last thing she would ever see Petunia doing… That is… If she had ever heard it…

Nice example of a hugbox character actually being an abuser in practice, maybe even more so than just a straight up abuser.
