Get a good caring mother with a handful of babies. You have two cardboard boxes in the bathroom next to the toilet.
Whenever you shit, pull babies out of the “clean” box to wipe, then drop them into the “dirty” box where the mother is waiting.
She protests and cries the entire time, but she has no real option other than lick the used babies clean or leave them covered in shit.
