125 sounds like it’s meant for infant foals. Compared to human diapers, a bag of size 2 has diapers has 90 or so. Size 4 has 75 and goes lower as the size rises. So, a size 7 has about 25-35 diapers a bag. And a box of diapers has 4 bags within.
@jimmyhopkins has something like those wheels, but with a third wheel to stabilise it.
