So I’m confused; is the girl in the top pic the one who mutilated the fluffy or was that someone else?
The seller (or possibly the girl’s parents) mutilated the fluffy and forced it to say the cleft lip was congenital. If the seller did it, it could have been either a shot in the dark money grab, or a custom order. If the parents did it, it was probably a basement job for the kid’s birthday.
No idea why kiddo hasn’t had plastic surgery. It’s usually done in infancy. The parents may be science deniers, or possibly uber religious nuts (“G-d did this, and it’s not our place to change it!”).
