I side with the neighbors, if a fluffy enters my property and destroy my stuff, i am in all rights to defend and get rid of the fluffy, i dont care if its owned by someone.

I agree. In my headcanon, it’s perfectly legal to kill an owned fluffy to defend your property and the fluffy’s owners can’t sue for property damage (in fact, they may be liable to be charged for that themselves if the fluffy caused significant damage).
Don’t worry; such a concept doesn’t exist here.
