I think containment is the idea.
It would leave the fluffy less satisfied and the fur completely worthless, but I suppose if the fluffy is too unhealthy to make the litter box, it’s better than letting it spew everywhere.
Alternatively, I could see waste containment built in. It would require fitting tubes before putting the overalls on and changing waste boxes once in a while.
