I mean, it’s up to the mods, but I don’t see why not. Just mark them as AI in the tags.

There is no good reason to say no if you’re just using them like images people already insert. Plenty of stories include art not created by the writer but used as an illustration or starting point of story. Can’t see the differences in this case.

Yes. In this case the story is the important part.
Ive used AI generated images for illustration of some of my stories.

I used a single AI image for my finale of Bella’s vacation which was my inspiration for the whole story.
If the story isn’t AI generated I don’t think enough people will care that much.
