New Cleveland has some of the strictest anti-abuse laws of the post “Fluffy Wars” era(21xx+), in fact, the strictest outside of prewar Texas, making it a perennial target of Abuser films and media, like this scene from the 2163 cartoon “Attack of the 50-ton shitrat.”
