Pressing on the wind pipe with your thumbs makes a tighter seal and is more painful for the victim than using the webbing to try and make a seal. Also prevents screaming. Collapsing and crushing of the trachea becomes easier as well. So a quick and hard squeeze then you can drop them and watch them writhe about trying desperately to breathe.

You should help her and wipe her ass with sandpaper. Prevents future attempts too.
