It is Bwight Time on the outskirts of the big city and it’s time for Axle to fulfill his role as Nummie-Findew for his herd, it’s a tough job for a colt like him but in such a small herd there is no one else to do it.
As Axle started to walk outside of the abandoned church they called their “Safe Pwace” he could heard the faint chirping of their newborn bwudda and sissys, axle must find the nummies to help them grow.
The outskirts of the city still offered some nummies, but he knew that the bestest nummies are on a forest nearby. The problem was that the herd had never been outside of the city, they were always inside the walls, because of this axle was very aware about the dangers of the outside world, but his herd needed more food if they ever wanted to grow bigger!
(Few hours later, In the forest)
Axle has gathered some berries and some other class of nummies, trying her best to no eat them himself as he was carrying them.
Knowing that the forest wasn’t the safest place for a fluffy he decided it was time to go back to the safe pwace
Suddenly he noticed something moving behind him, a large group of ponies coming to hunt in the woods, axle knew that would be the end if they find him
Axle decided to flee, a mix of fear and tiredness started to make him feel weak. He couldn’t see how far away the safety of the church was so he decided to keep going till he collapsed… but then something caught his eye, an opening between two trees. It was the safe pwace! A small feeling of relief for Axle as he was recovering some energy before going back inside the building.
Suddenly Axle heard loud voices they didn’t sounded like fwuffy voices but he can notice there was a tone of joy and happiness: there was some hoomans leaving the safe pwace while holding some of his family.
Nyu daddeh fo’ famiwy? Daddeh wiff sketties? He and his brothers has never had hooman daddeh or even tasted sketties but something in his small mind triggered, it’s a chance to get some sketti, he can finally taste some and share it with his little brothers! Axle knew nothing about what is happening around him but suddenly there were some other hoomans appearing, they bring some shiny things and gathered around the other hoomans.
Axle joy quicky transformed into terror when he saw how one of the hoomans used a pointy stick on one of his sissys: a pink foal pegasus named “Winnie”, the small foal chirped and screamed in pain as the spear pierced her body. After that she was soaked on a liquid , the human holding the spear said " let’s see if this shit pegasus can fly" as he proceeds to set the small foal on fire and throw the spear onto the church.
The small ball of fire that once was axle sister screamed loudly as her body helped to ignite the small wooden church. Soon everything in the church was engulfed in flames.
Axle father, the Smawty fwend of the herd was quicky tied into a cross as the humans mocked him " So y’all very religious vermin?, let us help to iluminate your herd" and they throw him inside of the fire while laughing at his screams.
Axle has petrified of the scene, his legs refused to move and he cannot control his bowels quicky pissing and shitting himself. The other fluffies of his herd have ran away as fast as they could but it was too late, the entire herd had been exterminated by the human army, some skinned alive and other beaten to a pulp with their fists or blunt objects.
It wouldn’t take long until axle was noticed by the humans that killed his family, as he saw them quicky approaching him axle started to run on a opposite direction into a gutter sidewalk. He was fast enough to get there but his body was too fat and got stuck inbetween the bars of the metal fence. As axle tried to move one of the humans kicked him inside the gutter making him fall on the floor full of excrement and waste.
Axle only could hear the laughter of the hoomans and how they talk about how he belong to the sewers as the piece of shit it is. Axle felt how his strength and conciusness were being reduced by the fall and the stench of the place, the only thing on his mind was a echoing “wun die”.
