Well…i have my theories but most notably she might get milkbagged, in addition Loretta might either remove her tongue after her stunt with the foals and her “bestest” and might get blinded too… either surgically or via bleach swabs on the eyes.
Alternatively might in theory give her a derp lobotomy if shes too far gone with BMS but thos may or not be out-of-character for Loretta.

If i was Loretta, i might derp her as a form of “correcting too far gone BMS behavior” this would be after another turn of shaving her bald again… also as much as pillowing would be, probably a more terrifying alternative might be paralysing her from the neck down. With pillowing/milkbagging, she can still feel her torso and where her legs were amputated. But when paralysed it would lead to a new form of psychological torture, sensory deprivation. She has her limbs but can no longer move or feel them, she cant control her bowels, she cant move, and if she became a milkbag, she wont feel the foals feeding off her and even if she could see snd not blinded chemically by bleach or surgically removed, she couldn’t shoo away any that arent ‘bestest’ or are alicorns or ‘poopies’. Her tongue could be removed or rendered mute another way… she’d be a prisoner trapped in her own body and suffer as this was the result of her vain and petty selfish actions.

I hope Lady Bitch will meet her end slowly and painfully.
It would be poetic in a fucked up kind of way if her own offspring played a role in her demise.
Nothing would brake her more completely than hearing her own foals calling her a bad fluffy.

Aw man, I was hoping that Lady Bell would have had a psychological crisis from seeing that her “munstah” baby is her prettiest baby but she hates alicorns too much to even notice how pretty Rainbow is.
Considering that Lady Bell is on death’s door, I’m sad that this story is about to end (unless there’s more Raising Rainbow content.)

Assuming that Loretta doesn’t straight up torture Lady Bell to death, to my mind, there’s only two things potentially worse being milkbagged - litter pal and breeder mare.
Everybody knows what a litterpal is, but that’s a bit of a waste of her genetics.
With a breeder mare setup for those unfamiliar, it’s much like the industrial foal-in-a-can configuration, but with a few modifications. She’ll get pillowed, de-tongued then mounted into a rack with her crotchtits dangling down into a little pen. The rack will usually have a littertray behind her, but with a detachable ramp so that stallions can walk up and mount her when required.
Her foals will be dumped into the pen, so they can feed whenever they need to without her interference.
She’ll have a hamster-style water and liquid feed bottles within reach, so Loretta will only need to fill those up every now and again and change the litter tray for daily upkeep.
Nekuchan did a couple of comics featuring this setup: Fluffy Business and Huggies save lifes (sic).

Not a bad idea ,but I hate Chuck too much to want him to have fun with a female ,he is to my mind even worse than Lady and I’m surprised Loretta hasn’t amputated him yet or something similar.More so considering the accident with the fence.

That accident with the fence was a commission and we are still trying to decide if that even happened canon wise.

She does look pretty pissed. So far, though, she’s only seemed to moderately mean things as a corrective punishment. Which seems to have worked for the other fluffies. I don’t think we’ve seen her be creul just out of anger…though I might have forgotten something.
