This fluffy has a borderline anomalous level of resilience.
It survived having its digestive tract removed but as the saying goes “the value of survival is relative to your ability to keep it up.”
If there’s a part 3 i would guess that’s the part where the lardrats trauma finally catches up with it.

removing ur guts isn’t an instant death. you would die from a lack of nutrients or blood loss for sure, but both of those take time.
That one is pretty fat, maybe it will survive long enough to start digesting its intestines which will then fall out into the empty cavity and rot or cause infection.
I like this story idea. It would be interesting to do a version where the fluffy is sedated or at least numb for the extraction, that way it won’t even be aware that anything is wrong until its body starts to shut down.
