Midwestern here, I agree. I often scream out “ITS [month]” when it snows

'Nother Midwesterner here. I currently live in the DC/Metro area of the M’Adlantic. It drives me nuts when ppl go out after the first coldsnap of the year, and they act like it’s their first time. I’m usually like “It @$&?!'ing snowed LAST year!!! Hownafuk could you completely forget how to drive in snow???”

It Also bugs me when Karens throw a $#!tfit when a single snowflake hits the ground and they demand schools be closed. In the Midwest, there’d be 8/9/10 inches of snow, and the schoolboard would be “Oh, b’aaawwww! Gut up and shut up! School’s on for the day, so get in here!!”

It’s the same here in NH. A dusting of snow and the roads turn into a circus.

And snow days? What’s a snow day? It needs to be either a foot of the stuff or some kinda icy wet shitty mix before anything closes.

@Rescue9 How bad is mud season out your way?

It’s pretty nasty. Just slushy dirty piss snow everywhere

There’s always slushy, salty and black ice riddled everywhere. That’s why I enjoy GrubHub and Doordash in the good ole Murder Mitten. Since I have moved to KY, snow is a rare thing, but it does happen, and once again I am happy with dinner delivery services.

Ugh…I hate black ice.
Fell on some last month and messed up my left shoulder.
