Bowl Belly fluffy pony breed, a request by 034391 for his document on fluffy ponies of all kinds and types

Here’s part of it:

The 7th type of fluffy is the “Bowl Belly” Fluffy. They first started showing up as wild ferals in places with colder climates such as the Pacific Northwest, mountains, Alaska, and other snowy places. It generally similar too an “Extra” Fluffy, though not quite “that” fluffy, but they are still fluffier than most other breeds. Their Hooves are almost invisible as their fluff reach the ground, making them seems like “glide” across the ground. They get their name “Bowl Belly” from the fact that unlike the “Extra” fluffy breed, they actually have less fluff on their bellies, and when tipped over, it looks like a bowl of fluff with legs wiggling around. This is an adaption for the colder climate. They can move at the same speed as a regular fluffy, while it maintains a better heat insulation. This also provides an interesting feature too the Bowl Belly as young foals can travel “WITH” the mare “UNDER” her. The foals will spend the majority of the first month of life inside this protective layer of fluff, suckling their mothers milk from her teats with ease. Up to six newborn-2 week old foals can be under her at a time, four 3-4 week foals and 2 1-2 month foals can be under her. This makes it difficult to tell how many fluffies are actually in a herd, as most of the foals are hiding under the Bowl Bellies fluffs. Currently there are only 14 known herds in the wild, but several bowl bellies have been captured and placed into a breeding facility for commercial purposes.

Is this the precursor of the amphibic bowl fluffy type, or are they totally unrelated?
