brush experiments further (ambitiousleather8309)

Maximum fluffage appears to be a highly randomized brush with more wiggles and squiggles than curlicues. too tight a curl looks like macaroni, too loose a curl looks like pubes, too much squiggle looks like moss or mold, not enough wiggle looks like a pompom

my man, I see you’re using procreate. You ah, you ever consider sharing any brushes you make?

I am still teaching myself the program, but would be easy enough to do what i’m doing. create a .png with no background of just the strokes, edit shape source, import the “photo” .png file you just made, pop it in, tweak the .png file until its ok looking, repeat until cry as the cosplayers say.

I am literally only editing the scatter, random, and the shape source.

I might actually try that, if I make a fun floofy brush I’ll try and share it

i’m finding that really gentle curls at the ends of the “hairs” really sells the floof factor, and blunt ends make the floof look more like pubes.

Oh wow, that looks very useful. I wonder if clip studio has this ability. You sure are onto something!

The first fluffy looks like the fluff is a cross between straw and spaghetti. Charming.
