The real answer is, as many fluffies as it is funny.
A factual answer is a lot more boring: from other penetration tests like this on Youtube, the issue isn’t whether the round has enough power, but it deflecting incrementally on all the fluffies until it flies out of the target zone.
Assuming that all the fluffies are sat up in a perfect shooting box with no chance of deflection, somebody shot 375 Ruger at a ballistics gel block and it penetrated 30.5" at 150 yards.
That round has an approx muzzle energy of 7.4 kJ; a 20mm Anzio has 65kJ, so assuming linear scaling, that’s 268" of fluffies at 150 yards.
Assuming your fluffies are 5 kg size (about the same as a small dog), they’d have a chest depth of 6", so 268"/6" = 45 fluffies can stop a 20mm round at 150 yds.

Is it weird that I actually looked it up too?
Assuming it is an Anzio 20mm anti-materiel rifle* and that it’s at a 1m height. The bullet would travel about 500 yards (assuming no air or fluffy resistance).
Thank you for going the extra 150 yards and doing some of the math!
*(I know fuck all about firearms, but from the pictures I saw on wikipedia, it kinda looks similar to the drawing. So there’s that I guess.)

With 48000 Jules of energy and 2.8 miles of effective range, the 20mm Vulcan round could potentially go through mabey 100 fluffys if the round doesn’t fly off course
