To be fair, even if he was smart enough to actually get it over there, I don’t think there’s even remotely enough left in there to do anything more than remind her how hungry she probably is.
Plus the sharp edges probably would have cut her and bestest might suddenly find he’s no longer bestest.

That’s the thing, he isn’t, just suffering the tremendous agony of the upper half of his body being flayed and losing his snout and most of the meat on his legs. I’d give him a few more minutes before he goes into shock at the very least.
