Good on the owner for giving the little brat some badly needed discipline.
Given this is a bratty mare in the making, I would suggest putting a baby gate in front of the door to the safe room, and being careful to remind the kid to keep all doors closed in the house, to prevent any escape attempts. Assuming he still wants to keep the fluffy and not just cut his losses and sell it.
I’d also refuse to clean up the fluffy’s mess and force her to live in her new shithole until she admits that she was being a bad fluffy and apologizes to both daddehs. Be sure to remind her frequently of the requirements to getting rid of the ‘no smell pretties’.

Dude finally grow up some cojones to put her in her place but seems like it’s a bit late. At least there’s always another foal in a can and one can learn from mistakes, unless if you are fluffy, then there’s an 80% chances that you won’t learn jack.
