Next time drain the meat so you or your body isnt scrapping burnt poop of the grill…also add chilli flakes and spices it really flavors the meat.

Thinking about it, must be a low charcoal heat for their fluff to not be ablaze. (IRL, that’s how I smoke pork chops :yum:)
