Sometimes female cats, despite being spayed, will decide to go out and steal babies from someone else and you just arbitrarily get stuck with a litter of kittens despite being a responsible pet owner.
This owner got stuck with a litter of foals.
Juniper is unrepentant and will probably do it again.

I could definently see a mama cat or dog doing this.
It just comes naturally for some animals to nurse and care for baby creatures.

It is a beautiful litter and the cat will be a much, much better mother than any fluffie.I just recommend spaying them young ,it is already a large litter ,we don’t want them to be more .
Some female cats have very strong mommy instincts. I’ve had female cats when I brought a small kitten home, immediately switch into “mommy mode” and treat it just like their own. Usually once the kitten grows up they treat that female cat just like they would their birth mother. Some female cats, just like female people, really want to be mothers, and being spayed does not change that programming.
Also, for someone just learning to draw a cat, I think you did a wonderful job. It very much resembles a blue tabby with white.
That’d be hilarious, you don’t get sorry-poopies, you get THE STARE OF JUDGEMENT. Probably also be much milder than a regular fluffy, though still eager and ready to play and cuddle etc
