Another reason why my world’s lore with the boom of fluffy invasions many puzzled the fear of mega herds seems almost a rumor only.
One day the report of massive migration of shitrat the next day the herd mysteriously 50% left roaming around without direction like before.

I call this a win win for Humanity, Fluffy get eaten by Monster and maybe some terrors from the night die from food poisoning or dissentery.
