Two theories:
Elizabeth will die giving birth because is too old.
Or Gallahand will kill them in front of her mother… Naaah, probably Elizabeth will kill them because the foals are gonna born with physical problems or born dead.

I’m expecting an entire litter of Alicorns. An “Oops, All Monsters” type of situation.
Elizabeth sees that her vile attack has given her the very thing she hates and dies from a stress related heart attack.

Id let her have the babbies, but then i wouldnt even allow her to see them. Instead id grab her and begin to strangle her to death..And just as the life is about to leave her eyes I say “I…Hate..You.” Then snap her old fragile neck.
