I could see the ball having something inside to make it move more unpredictably. I’m not sure if that would be thrilled and exciting or off-putting.

To be honest I think dogs or cats would love that, but fluffies, I’m not sure. Maybe ones that aren’t so easily upset.

Maybe your typical bell ball, those would ring as fluffies kick the ball.
A fluffy chasing the baww off a cliff would be funny to see.
