It was one of my first Fluffie stories. This one was about adventures of Cheetos the fluff.

I imagine there’s a whole fashion-abuse industry for fluffies, giving them tattoos/cutie marks, piercings, and body modifications to make them more ‘popular’ but the fluffies obviously don’t like them (except maybe cutie mark tattoos if they turn out right, not shaved patches like the pic if the fluff doesn’t grow back).
