Deep sea fluffies owo buff looking fluffs (to resist the water pressure), veeeeeery slow moving and slow speaking, sharpy looking teeth and spikey looking shallow fluff (with see through body!) they are not the bottom of the food chain but nowhere near the top either
Their horn is bioluminescent both to find food and to keep members of their herd feel safe in the dark enviroment
So deep sea fluffies are afraid of the dark? Now there’s an existential problem for you.
Now, if they were afraid of the creepy uncle that lives in the Deep Dark, I would totally understand. Luca’s mom musta been out of her mind.
For some reason, whenever I see them speak I can only imagine it in a whisper.
Hoarse whisper from dark part of the fishtank: “Hew…wo… nyu fwe…een…” 
I love it, I’ll take ten to scare my nightmares away. 
Like a kid story sea fluffs been told to have their foals from swimming too far. only to revealed that deep sea fluff speak slow and shy to upper surface sea fluff.
