Commission for someone that wished to be anonymous! They wanted me to design an ice-themed battle fluffy, and the end result is this li’l guy! Let’s call him Frosty, because I named the file “frosty boi”.
His tank is filled with liquid nitrogen (or ice water if you want a less lethal variant). The tank has a button on each side which he can press using his wings, spraying the nitrogen forward or backward depending on which button is pressed.
The nitrogen can freeze opponents, but if he misses the liquid will leave large frozen patches on the floor/walls which means the area becomes more slippery and difficult to move around in the longer you fight him. Frosty has little no-slip booties so he’s unaffected by these ice patches.
Since he’s so close to this tank at all times, he’s ended up being really icy. He’s all frosty and cold with some parts even being frozen solid, you can always see his breath, and his cheeks have a permanent cold blush. He’s half a step away from frostbite at any given moment - good thing there’s some padding to prevent his fur from direct contact with the thing.
For weaknesses … he is not immune to his own nitrogen. If that tank ruptures he is very screwed. If he loses his wings he has to rely on his own regular-fluffy battle skills, and if he panics then he can just hit the buttons randomly without recalling which ones do what.
He was quite fun to design! Figuring out a good cold-based fighting style for a fluffy was a neat little challenge. I like to imagine he sprays his own tail with that back nozzle by accident.
