biting is one of my stress responses. what does that make me?
makes me wonder how fluffy-isms would sneak into everyday language. would “fluffy” replace other animals in common idioms? would they spawn their own idioms?

I have spent so much time in this community, that I instinctively use fluff-speak like “poopies” and “wuv” in my real-life vocabulary.
I’m glad to see someone else admitting to that. “Uppies” and “huggies” and “wub” have become regular parts of the language I use with my cats, mostly because it makes my spouse say “Gross!”
It makes you bitey.
“Useless as nuts on a brown fluffy” sprang to mind.
Creepy
Bahahha I flipping love this!
Oh god, same! I used to use these for my cat but I also use them when talking to my daughter (who is now 12 and also useses them, I only show her hug box stuff tho!)
Is that fluffy possessed?
It kind of looks like the possessed horse from Berserk.
I was just going to say the same!
I’ve found myself calling my cat my “bestest baby,” but he’s also my only baby so it’s okay. But it also makes my husband wince, because that poor bastard knows where it’s from.
