Sounds great. I’ve been working on a “fluffies as food” style exploration of industrial farm life too, so can’t wait to see how it goes here.

The legs could be cooked like a chicken wing and be pretty good. You need them tender though so you take the legs when they’re teenagers, then let them grow to adulthood as pillows, harvesting what you need as you go and keeping them alive. That’s the most entertaining way and how we do it on my farm
