As a little boy, I loved ancient Egyptian mythology so much that I wanted to be mummified like they did, but as an adult I think being put in an incinerator that is so hot that it literally destroys my bones and makes them explode is even cooler.

There’s actually a thing where they use your body as nutrition for a tree. The tree pod burial.

Yeah and you can also be turned into a diamond or even a tattoo, fireworks and shotgun shells are also an option. One if my favorites is the human museum, they take a random part of you and make an exhibit out of it. You could be a muscle exhibit or a nerves exhibit or even a blood vessels exhibit.

My friend and I agreed that if one of us dies, the other would wrap the dead one in a carpet and bury him under some random birch tree. Why? Because birch trees digest corpses faster than other trees, of course

Most of my body will be donated to keep others alive and happy. I fully plan to donate my face for a face transplant of some poor acid attack victim… My heart and any usable parts to people in need. The rest to science with a little to be cremated and spread to places I wanted to visit but couldn’t.

Realistically my orgons are being donated and I’ll be buried in a graveyard, but I like the idea of having my body return to the earth in the sense of actively feeding animals with my body. Rather then letting maggots have it.
