I wonder if fluffies could step hard enough to set them off? Was picturing gluing them to a foals hooves before they can walk/move etc and then they blow their hooves open when they start walking/running around.

Adults may be able to, but between soft hooves and being really light, I don’t think foals could unless they were walking on concrete.
Those chirpies are lucky, they can’t stare stupidly at the “bwight buwnies” and get blinded like the adult can.
I could see doing that for micro colonie nests like people do with ant nests.
inaccurate, firecrackers go everywhere, and not blow up in one big explosion.
I just love how pleasant this artstyle and the design of the fluffies is. Amazing work.
