Finally made one of @FluffyChimera 's kelpie fluffies (Chimera is actually having some financial trouble right now, you should go commission them)
Born “Kelp,” his name changed when he got his head stuck in a fishbowl. It’s actually helpful because he can’t hold his breath as well as other kelpies, so the fishbowl gives him a little pocket of air underwater.
The oxygen deprivation inside his bowl has left him uncharacteristically friendly and slightly loopy most of the time.
He collects things that people drop off the pier like phones & glasses & crinkly candy wrappers. He loves to trade things and his payment plans are flexible. He’s a garbage salesman with a heart of gold.
I imagine he has a friend who’s a guard fluffy at the local junkyard, and he’s a WHOLE other character.
