Refills can be done at home
Step 1
Insert refill hose into rectum
Step 2
Pour preferred beverage into hose
Step 3
once full, remove hose
Step 4
Enjoy

So… if one prefers alcoholic beverages does the alcohol affect the fluffy too or is it immune to whatever the beverage may contain?

It heavily affects normal and kiddie sized ones but keg sized ones are immune to it
You have to refill them yourself
